The film includes coverage of the tragic occurrence at the Altamont Speedway (California) performance in December of 1969. The organizers put the Hell’s Angels in charge of security for the event attended by about 300,000 people. Fights broke out during the music performances resulting in many spectators being beat up including at least one being killed during the event.
