Charles "Lucky" Luciano Vintage Photographic Print
Charles "Lucky" Luciano appears restive but unrestrained in this vintage 8 X 10 black and white photographic print of a photograph taken while in the custody of legal authorities. Luciano, working together with Meyer Lansky, was notorious for starting Murder Incorporated, a hit squad available for hire to crime families when members got out of line. In 1936, Luciano was convicted in the U.S. and sentenced to 50 years in prison, which he served until 1946 when he was deported to Italy.
