Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) Vintage Signed Photograph

Boxing immortal Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) has vintage signed and inscribed this original 8 X 10 black and white photograph as a youthful, brash boxer with his rare original birth name signature “To David From Cassius Clay.” Clay was named after his father Cassius Marcellus Clay, Sr. and after his historic defeat of Sonny Liston on February 1964 had announced his conversion to Islam, changing his name from Cassius Clay to Muhammad Ali. This is a rare signing from Ali signed as Cassius Clay before his historic name change making it much more desirable and valued compared to the occasional but rare signings from later years where Ali would sometimes add “A.K.A. Cassius Clay.” Framed 15 X 17. Comes with a certificate that unconditionally guarantees the authenticity of this item.
