Astronaut Alfred M. Worden has signed and inscribed this official NASA 8 x 10 color photograph, To Jim Blake - Best Wishes, Al Worden" in black ink. Worden was the command module pilot for Apollo 15  along with David Scott, spacecraft commander and James B. Irwin, lunar module pilot (July 26 - August 7, 1971). Apollo 15 was the fourth manned lunar landing and made several significant achievements including the largest payloads placed in earth and lunar orbits, the longest lunar surface stay time, the longest lunar surface EVA and the longest distance traversed on the lunar surface. Worden is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "Most isolated human being" during his time alone in the lunar "Endeavor" when he was 2,235 miles away from any other human being while in the orbiting command module  and it was at its greatest distance from Scott and Irwin in the Falcon.
