1982 Eagles Signed Recording Contract & Signed Promotional Photograph

Eagles founding band members Glenn Frey and Don Henley, and member Don Felder have signed this 5 page typewritten contract framed together with a signed 10 X 8 original black and white promotional photograph. The contract dated April 23, 1982 between their group and Elektra/Asylum Records designated as the Producer, establishes terms and conditions pursuant to an exclusive recording contract between the said parties. On the last page of the contract, both Frey and Henley have each signed twice with the representative from Elektra/Asylum Records signed as the fifth signature all signed in black ballpoint pen. The accompanying photograph is signed by Joe Walsh and Don Felder in blue sharpie pen and Timothy B. Schmit, Don Henley and Glenn Frey in black sharpie pen. The Eagles were the quintessence of the "California Sound" of the 1970's and 1980's and count many classic hits such as "Hotel California" among their hit recordings. The Eagles are the third biggest selling band of all time, behind the Beatles and Led Zeppelin. Framed 35 X 17.
